It is us tonight
me and that full moon
Cool fresh water vibes
friday came way too soon

Witches throw wishes by
every curse yet a blessing
Parties funerals midnight
resurrection every morning

Sunday quite a delight
dishwashing mother cooking
Giving a lot expecting a bit
many say sharing is caring

Outdoors finger on a pad
music free crickets singing
Boys and girls still parade
stars from a distance shining

It is us tonight
all praise and thanksgiving
Peace better off than a feud
especially if you love children.
